Manchester B2B agency, Marketecture, has achieved consistent 30% year-on-year growth since 2008 and continues its success story with three new appointments, in the last two months to support recent new business wins.

Jasper Ditton has joined the agency as Digital Account Director. With a BSC in Information Technology, he started out in Developer roles with British Telecom and The University of Salford but transferred his technical skills to a more creative environment when he moved to Portfolio – part of the Delineo Group - in 2005. As Interactive Account Director, he worked with a range of public and private sector B2B and B2C clients, including Timberland; global electronics distributor, Avnet; The Co-operative Group; and The NHS.

Account Manager Emma Oliver also adds to the team, having formerly worked at McCann Erickson and IAS B2B Marketing. Emma has built up an impressive B2B portfolio of work with UPS, Brother Europe, Titan Telecoms, Veolia, Kingspan, The Forensic Science Services and CEL. Completing the line-up, Roisin Hynes has been appointed PR Account Executive. A BA Hons English Literature and MA Mass Communications graduate, Roisin completed internships with London agency MHP (formerly Penrose Financial) and Co-operative Financial Services.

“Our reputation for b2b innovation is now really helping us to attract some highly talented new recruits who can see a clear career path with the growth we are experiencing,” said Marketecture’s Managing Director, Michael Clark.

“After eight years of building the business from scratch, we’re now getting on the pitch lists of some serious market players, which in itself attracts good people. The management team’s drive, fascination with emerging marketing technologies, and ambitious plans for the future also seems to resonate with potential clients and recruits.”

As well as enjoying impressive growth against a challenging economic backdrop, 2010 could have been the start of a winning streak with the agency taking home the gong for ‘Best Lead Generation’ at the B2B Marketing Awards. Marketecture was also a finalist in the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s (CIM) Excellence Awards and has recently been shortlisted for The Drum Marketing Awards in the ‘New Product Launch’ category and The Roses Advertising Awards for its work with domain name management company, NetNames.
