Adwords#4 – campaign paused as the interviews start

We've received enough CVs to start interviewing and so we have put the campaign on hold. It's been an interesting experiment and certainly the cost per lead has been substantially below other routes of graduate recruiting.
Key facts of the campaign
- 6 days duration
- 9 CVs received (2x shortlisted for interview with 2x more from a personal referral and LinkedIn)
- £79.35 spent (cost per lead: £8.82)
- Regionally restricted to 50 miles around Manchester
- Best CTR for an advert: 2.62% - mixture of "graduate", "agency" and salary with "Junior Account Executive" as the title
- Highest advert volume: 43 clicks/9,684 impressions - "agency", "award winning" with "Graduate Marketing Job" as the title
- Best CTR for a keyword: 7.79% for "account executive manchester" (6 clicks, av. CPC of £1.24)
- High volume for a keyword: 45 clicks for "marketing jobs" (av. CPC of £1.08)
