Adwords #5 – We’ve offered the job to one focussed-searcher
September 25th 2011
After a full round of interviews, we've offered the Junior Account Executive role to a graduate who searched for "marketing jobs manchester" and landed on our blog post. The Adwords campaign cost £79.35 in total, which compared to other routes offers a considerable cost saving:
- £245 less than a 2 week listing in relevant industry press, £375 less than a 4 week listing (Based on rates for The Drum)
- £1,900 less than using a recruitment consultant
Candidate feedback was also positive - that it was great to go direct to an actual opportunity, rather than dealing with agencies where sometimes the opportunity doesn't exist.
